The 32″ Meinl Planetary Tuned Gong D2 Saturn has a resonate frequency of 147.85Hz (D2) on a A4=443.05Hz scale. The Meinl planetary gongs are made in Germany. Using the calculations of Hans Cousto (The Cosmic Octave) to match the frequencies of the sun, moon, and planets, each gong is tuned to produce the corresponding frequency. This gong includes gong cord.
